I’VE NEVER DONE ANY MARTIAL ARTS OR BOXING BEFORE, CAN I COME ALONG?

Yes of course.

Our BEGINNER classes are designed to ease you into training, meaning you won’t be the only beginner in the class!

I’M UNFIT DO I NEED TO GET FIT BEFORE JOINING?

No.

Our BEGINNER classes are designed to ease you into training.  You’ll work at your own pace and get fit as you go.

I DON’T WANT TO FIGHT OR COMPETE, CAN I STILL COME ALONG?

Yes.

Most of our members train for fitness and fun. There is no pressure to compete.

We have seperate, more intense invite only classes for those that do wish to compete.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

We have classes for those aged 6 and upwards.

I DON’T HAVE ANY GLOVES OR A GI, CAN I STILL TRAIN?

Yes of course. You won’t need any equipment for the free trial.

New subscribers receive a new pair of MMA gloves, or we have equipment for sale in the gym.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR WHEN I TURN UP?

Shorts/tracksuit bottoms and a t shirt are fine.

We have equipment to borrow during your trial.

Please ensure your clothing has no zips or toggles though as these can damage the mat and your partner.
