Focussing on Fundamentals means these classes are suitable for beginners and experienced alike.
Our MMA Classes are taught by our head coach Wil, who being inspired by Bruce Lee blends techniques from many martial arts focussing on the fundamentals allows the student to express themselves and create their own style.
1-1 training. Coached skill sessions are 45 mins long and can cover MMA, Boxing, Muaythai, Jiu Jitsu Self defence and fitness. Email us for more details.
