I started going to The Lab once a week to the Women’s BJJ class. Having never done any form of martial art before I was very nervous, but all of that went away as soon as we got started.
The class was relaxed and fun and everyone was so encouraging. After loving the classes so much I joined the mixed classes on an evening as well and have never looked back.
My fitness has improved, my confidence has improved and I have learned so much.
I started for self defence and stayed for the love of the sport, the health boost (both physical and mental) and the great people.I
